The visitor`s list is inaccurate in a sense because as soon as someone posts a reply to topic threads in which I am interested, I receive an instanteous (usually) e-mail notification on my cellular device/telephone which I carry around with me at all times.

So, like just now -- you posted, I got a *DING* and an e-mail, then I immediately came here and am posting a reply with my Sidekick 3 cellular device!

So, in essence, I carry the Internet around with me in my pocket wherever I go! And I can post from wherever I happen to be!

During the Renaissance, did people speak this way?

I want to go to a Renaissance Faire sometime.I hear they are a lot of fun.

I believe there`s a big one every year in nearby Pomono, Calif. where the L.A. County Fair is held each year.

Prithee, high thee hence to this link; whether it be the speech of the era in question or nay, 'tis the manner o' speech at Faire. As ye may ken from the link provided, Fairegoers doth tend t' make certes they are at least "period" in their idioms and manners of speech. As for the Inn, 'tis of the nature of speech accepted herein.

As for local faires t' ye, I suggest ye put in the city and "renaissance faire" in your favorite search engine, and go from there. Good luck, and additional discussions on Faire-related issues are welcome in that forum so set for it. !
